How long does delivery take?

All of our items are made-to-order and shipping times will vary depending on the complexity of any customizations. Select styles may have different delivery options, you’ll be able to select the available delivery options specific to that style during checkout.

VIP Delivery: 7 – 10 business days – considered as a priority production, requires $250 shipping fee
Express Delivery: 14 – 21 business days – considered as a faster production, complimentary shipping. 
Standard Delivery: 3 – 5 weeks, enjoy a special discount of $150 for choosing of no rush production and delivery.

Orders are delivered Monday to Friday.

Please note: orders are not shipped and/or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Worldwide shipping is available and is complimentary.  

Your order may be required to pay customs and import duties upon arrival of the goods into your country. We are not responsible for any taxes or duties the customs office may charge you, and payment is necessary to release your order from customs.

Please check your local customs office for more information as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country.

How can I track my order?
You will receive an email once your order is ready to ship.

Will I have to sign for my delivery?
We recommend that someone is present to sign for the delivery.

What is our returns policy?

If you are unhappy with the fit of your garment, we will cover the cost of alterations up to $50 (valid with receipt only), to be refunded via your original payment method.

Our clothing is made-to-order, just for you and no one else. Should you decide to return your order, we charge a Zero Waste Fee ($95 per item) which will be deducted from your refund. We charge this fee because we don’t build inventory into our upfront pricing, therefore offering you the best combination of 3D-printed organic ethical made-to-order clothing. Your Zero Waste Fee will help us reduce the impact of excess stock on the environment.

We imagine a future without over-production and environmentally devastating waste by not holding inventory.

Returns must be received within 30 days of delivery. Please note that any item(s) to be returned must be in new, unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and with the DO NOT REMOVE tag still attached in the same place as originally sent.

How do I return an item?
For customers within the US
We provide a pre-paid return label for our US customers. E-mail us at service@juliadaviy.com.

What if the item is faulty?
We stand behind our product! If for some reason, you feel as though the item is faulty, please email us at service@juliadaviy.com with 3-4 large well lit photos of the item, along with your order number and we will contact you with any next steps.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes! You are able to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at service@juliadaviy.com with your cancellation request and order number.
